Horse Philosophy

Here at the Ranch Cassidy focuses on breeding mares to the top performing stallions. There are many factors that go into the process of the stallion selection.  The mares we breed Cassidy has competed on herself. The first of the analysis that Cassidy starts with is the style in which the mare has. Is she push style, free running, turny, stiff or flexible. Mixing these attributes with confirmation, size, athleticism and speed, as well as, the mental side of the mare. When we plan out our breeding to create the next legends there are many conversations and observations before we ever breed. 

Our horses go to the best hands. We can breed high powered performance horses but if they are not started correctly or trained with patience they will not make it. We have a great network of professionals who are involved in our training program. We are excited and happy to have the connections to take these horses to the next level.
